来る6月15日(土)、日本カナダ商工会議所とJET Alumni Association of British Columbia and Yukon (JETAABC)共催による、映画「千年の一滴 だし しょうゆ」の上映会を下記の通り開催いたします。無料イベントとなります。ぜひご参加ください。

Ever wonder what makes Japanese food so delicious and full of flavour? It’s UMAMI…!
Come join us in learning more about these two umami filled staples of Japanese cuisine: dashi and shoyu. Together we’re going to watch “DASHI & SHOYU: Essence of Japan”, a documentary about the making of these ingredients (Link to the trailer of Dashi & Shoyu – Essence of Japan: https://youtu.be/mKhmcMz7808).
During the event, we will also participate in an umami tasting activity as outlined by Umami Information Centre in Japan.
This is a free, joint event organized by JCCOC & JETAABC, supported by the Japan Foundation, Toronto.
